Input Hiragana/Katakana as pronounced, with the following exceptions:

  1. ん should be input as nn (not n)
  2. Small つ could be input by repeating the first letter of its following romaji (e.g. itta = いった)
  3. Long vowel can be input as - (dash), and it will be represented as "ー" (e.g. apa-to = アパート)
  4. は and を should be input as ha and wo respectively, no matter how they are pronounced.

  1. Input each hangul as a combination of jamo
  2. For vowels, learn how to type ㅓ, ㅡ, and all complex vowels
  3. Double consonants are simply a cominbation of 2 simple consonants (e.g. ㄲ = gg, ㅄ = bs)
  4. *Pay special attention to ㅇ as a beginning consonant (an optional -) and as a final consonant (ng)
  5. - is also required to disambiguate syllables: typing "hangul" you will get 2 choices, but typing "han-gul" you will only get 1
