Location Particle 에 and 에서

To study this grammar point, please make sure you understand the following:

Location particle is used with non-action verbs such as 있다, 이다 or 살다 (to exist, to be, to live).

Location particle 에서 is used with action verbs to convey the place of action, as opposed to location of being.

Unlike in or at in English, the use of 에 and 에서 as location markers cannot be interchanged.
